Nur Altug began her career as a Chemist in 1999 in the private food laboratory sector. She has held various roles in global testing and inspection companies, including Technical Expert, Quality Manager, and General Manager. For the past four years, she has served as Head of Analytical Science & Regulatory Affairs at Döhler TIP Region. She established a Pesticide Laboratory in Izmir and implemented a blockchain system tracing processes from field to export. She holds a patent as a project manager in an authenticity project, with another pending for a pesticide method. In addition to regulatory responsibilities, she manages the technical operations of Quality Control Laboratories, enhances testing quality, and expands analysis scopes. She also provides consultancy on lab setup, external analyses, and procurement of lab consumables and equipment. Her expertise spans laboratory operations, legal compliance, and ISO 17025 & 17043 accreditation. Nur is also a certified PCC – Professional Coach.
