Martyn joined Crossref in June 2020, first as a Product Manager and then as Program Lead. He currently leads the Program on 'Contributing to the Research Nexus' which encompasses the collection, and delivery of a range of metadata about scholarly communication, as well as creating matches between metadata records. Prior to Crossref, he has worked in open access publishing and as a postdoctoral researcher.
