She drives the company’s data strategy and oversees CRM, data, and BI engineering initiatives and plays a key role in advancing digital transformation, optimizing data management, and ensuring that data is harnessed effectively to inform business decisions. A Microsoft Certified Trainer with deep expertise in business intelligence and data architecture, Alexandra is passionate about making data accessible, scalable, and actionable. Outside of her day job, Alexandra is the Co-Founder and Data & AI Lead at WeSTEM+, a Luxembourgish NGO dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone in STEM. She designs hands-on programs to support and uplift women and underrepresented groups in STEM, helping them build confidence and skills in data and AI. Through her work, Alexandra brings together deep technical know-how and a commitment to inclusive, impactful education - helping shape the next generation of data talent.
