Great science is only the beginning. Turning an early-stage biotech idea into a fundable and scalable program requires the right infrastructure, partners, expertise, and capital. This session explores how founders and investors can navigate the fragmented U.S. and China biotech ecosystems—from R&D infrastructure, CRO/CDMO capabilities, and specialized expertise to fundraising, licensing, and strategic partnerships. Drawing on experience across biotech R&D, venture investing, and cross-border collaboration, Vivian Li will share practical perspectives on connecting resources to accelerate innovation from idea to impact.
