Kelly Sullivan is Global Head of Operations and Labs at CIC, where she oversees lab and campus operations across a network of innovation campuses in the US, EU, and Japan. With a PhD in Biochemistry and 15+ years spanning lab operations, compliance, and cross-functional leadership, she builds the systems and standards that let research teams focus on their work. Her scientific background gives her a practitioner's understanding of what researchers actually need from their environment. She also leads the Philadelphia chapter of Lab Ops Unite, where she brings the lab operations community together around shared knowledge and practice.
