James Swinyard draws on a background in entrepreneurship and mission-driven work as Senior Director of Investments and Partnerships at My Green Lab, leading fundraising and strategic partnerships to advance the organization's nonprofit mission of cultivating a global culture of sustainability in science. James works closely with lab operators, manufacturers, and service providers and oversees the Converge Supplier Initiative, a collaborative program focused on sustainable supply chains. Before joining My Green Lab, James was a food and beverage entrepreneur aligned with Fair Trade and Regenerative Organic certifications. His passion for sustainability and human health continues to inform his work and advocacy.
