Eric Robbibaro is the Head of Sales at Reach Industries, where he leads their commercial strategy. Trained as an electrical engineer, Eric built his career inside the lab automation and robotics space, holding sales leadership roles at Biosero and Aspen Biosciences before joining Reach.
Over the course of his career, Eric has worked extensively with drug discovery and research teams navigating the shift toward automated, data-driven lab environments. Through various commercial roles, Eric has played a key role in the market expansion, helping bring lab automation solutions to a broader range of research organizations. Across his career, he has developed deep, hands-on experience with the technologies underpinning modern drug discovery. That breadth has provided a working understanding of how automation touches nearly every stage of the discovery pipeline, from early screening through downstream analysis.
He remains focused on the practical realities of implementing automation in lab settings, where the right technology decision is rarely the obvious or “shiny” one.
