Curtiss McNair Jr. is Vice President of Operations at Precipio, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPO), a New Haven, Connecticut-based biotechnology company dedicated to eliminating cancer misdiagnosis through innovative diagnostics. Precipio operates a CLIA-certified reference laboratory and develops proprietary technologies, including its rapid 4-hour Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) panel, which enables oncologists to quickly identify actionable mutations and initiate targeted therapy with greater diagnostic confidence.
As a member of the Senior Executive Leadership Team, Curtiss leads Precipio's laboratory, manufacturing, and diagnostic operations. His career spans more than two decades of executive leadership across biotechnology, clinical diagnostics, pathology, and healthcare operations. Prior to joining Precipio, he served as Vice President of Operations at PanGIA Biotech, Vice President and General Manager of Laboratory Services for American Oncology Network, East Division Laboratory Director for BayCare Health System, and Manager of the Bone Marrow Transplant Research Laboratory at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He began his laboratory career as a Medical Laboratory Specialist in the U.S. Army.
