Aisling Carlson | SVP of Partnerships and Investor Programs

Aisling is a member of the Executive Team at Greentown Labs, where she leads Partnerships, Accelerator Programs, and the Investor Program. Before joining Greentown in Boston in 2023, she served as Chief Business Officer at Sieo, a Los Angeles–based startup studio and marketing agency supporting a global portfolio of ventures. Prior to that, she was Head of Partnerships at Flo Technologies, an IoT cleantech startup specializing in advanced water control and monitoring systems. Earlier in her career, Aisling worked on the Financial Services team at Heidrick & Struggles and in the Innovation team at Anthemis Group. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA(Hons) from Trinity College Dublin.
