Mr Patrick Osborne, Head of Customer Insights & Analysis, Q.V.C.

Patrick has been working in data analytics for nearly 25 years, beginning in direct marketing and then encompassing financial services, consultancy and retail.  He worked at Sainsbury’s during the launch of Nectar, the UK’s largest loyalty programme, and also helped to lead the development of a customer segmentation for Lloyds Banking Group.  He is currently the Head of Customer Insights & Analysis at QVC, the direct retailer.
