Hannah started her career as a Management Consultant at PwC, specialising in Customer and Digital Products. She worked on a range of projects across the Retail and Hospitality sectors, creating seamless omni-channel customer journeys, defining customer value propositions and using customer segmentation and data to make informed business decisions.
In October 2015, Hannah joined Moss Bros Group Plc as Customer Experience Lead to create a customer-centric approach to decision making. She assesses every touchpoint involving the customer and recently launched a new responsive website to improve functionality and consistency across channel with simplified UX.
