Self Service Betting terminals are the digital alternative to manual over-the-counter service, offering a rich interactive experience. Through relentless focus on customer needs, Alex recently launched an exclusive multi-channel service Track-My-Bet allowing customers to track and cash out their bets from mobile after leaving the shop.
Alex is a Computer Engineer with a degree from Technion, the prestigious Israeli engineering institute, and a London Business School MBA. Prior to Paddy Power, Alex was a keen driver of disruptive innovation from advanced WiFi standards at Intel to next generation credit services at Wonga.
