Sophie Tredinnick, Partner, Head of Government and Innovation Practice, Saxton Bampflyde

Sophie joined Saxton Bampfylde as a Partner and Head of the Government and Innovation Practice from the Civil Service in 2018 where she'd previously led on increasing diversity in senior non-executive and executive appointments and worked in policy and strategy roles. Sophie set up the REACH programme with the Cabinet Office – a programme that supports individuals with disabilities in their career progression which has won two global awards. She sits on AESC's EDI Committee (AESC is the regulator for the executive search community). ​Sophie leads on CEO, Executive Director and Non Executive Director recruitment for Government and Innovation roles. Having a non-visible disability Sophie is an avid champion for supporting all underrepresented groups and fosters pipelines of talented people from underrepresented groups to help them to make their next steps in their careers. ​ Sophie previously worked in Financial Services Executive Search and in Parliament before she joined the Civil Service.
