Eleonora Rocca is a senior marketing professional, speaker, entrepreneur, consultant, and trainer. With over two decades of experience in tech and marketing, she works with companies and institutions across Europe on key topics such as digital marketing, innovation, effective communication, personal branding, female entrepreneurship, and diversity & inclusion. Originally from Rome and based in London for the past 12 years, Eleonora currently serves as EMEA Senior Channel Marketing Manager at Meta (Facebook), where she develops and leads innovative channel marketing strategies with a strong focus on growth, performance, and strategic impact. Eleonora's career includes senior marketing and sales roles at leading global companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Kingston Technology, TP-LINK UK and now Meta. In 2014, she founded and run for over 7 years Social Media Day Italy, growing it into one of the country’s most influential events in digital marketing and innovation before successfully exiting the project in 2020. She is also the Founder and Managing Director of WomenX Impact, a global ecosystem dedicated to female leadership and empowerment. What began as a flagship event has grown into a year-round platform offering training, mentorship, networking, and corporate programs that promote diversity, professional growth, and strategic innovation. Today, WomenX Impact partners with major companies such as Google, Amazon Web Services, Eni, Cisco, Leonardo, Indeed, Canva, Capgemini, Accenture, and more. Eleonora holds a Law degree, a Master’s in Marketing & Communications from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, and a specialization in Evolution Marketing & Social Media from IED Milan. In 2019, she was selected among 90 global leaders to attend the Executive Program at Singularity University in Silicon Valley, further strengthening her expertise in technological and digital innovation.
