David is Cartesian's VP for Management Consulting in Telecoms within EMEA and leads Cartesian’s Enterprise practice. David helps service providers manage their large customers, driving efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. His focus is on successful enterprise delivery and helps service providers navigate the complexities that large customers present.  Prior to joining Cartesian, David worked as a Consultant for PwC Management Consultancy Services as well as managed the development of the billing platform used in the launch of Three.
