Vince is a serial entrepreneur and 40-year veteran of the wireless telecommunications industry. He founded Neo Networks in 2013. Mr. Aragona is widely regarded as one of North America's leading subject-matter experts in fiber network deployment and small-cell technology. He is the original architect of the Neutral Host business model and chief architect of Neo's Open Access programs.
His extensive executive background includes leadership roles at ExteNet Systems Inc., NextG Networks, Metricom, and PageNet. Vince began his career in 1982 in the U.S. Air Force.
