As the Principal of Mattey Consulting, LLC, she provides expert guidance to clients on a wide range of issues related to connectivity, digital infrastructure, government funding, and regulatory matters. Carol's extensive background includes serving in key leadership roles at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), where she played a pivotal role in shaping policies that have helped advance America's digital future. Previously, she was a director in Deloitte's Technology, Media & Telecommunications practise, advising clients on the impact of regulation on business strategy and regulatory compliance.  Earlier in her career, she developed public policy at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and was an attorney in private practice.
