Angela Kronenberg, President & CEO, Sligo Solutions LLC

Angie Kronenberg is the President and CEO of Sligo Solutions LLC, a company she founded in 2024 to provide strategic advice to tech, telecom, and broadband companies, investors, and trade associations before federal, state, and local governments. With over thirty years of experience in both the private and public sectors, Angie has played a pivotal role in shaping some of the most complex, high-profile policy matters in the tech, telecom, and broadband industries. She is a recognized expert in broadband deployment, access, universal service, net neutrality, merger reviews, competition, and administrative law. As a visionary leader, Angie is committed to advancing connectivity in the U.S. and driving positive change in the industry to benefit consumers. Before founding Sligo Solutions, Angie served as President of INCOMPAS, the internet and competitive networks association. There, she led the association’s policy team in its advocacy efforts before federal, state, and local governments, and played a key role in membership and business development. Before that, she was Legal Advisor to the Federal Communications Commission’s Commissioner Mignon Clyburn during President Obama’s Administration, where she was responsible for the Commissioner’s wireline and broadband agenda, including the implementation of the National Broadband Plan and universal service modernization to support broadband availability and affordability. Angie’s earlier experience includes serving as Special Counsel in the Spectrum and Competition Policy Division of the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. She led the annual mobile competition report and was the lead author of the wireless tower shot clock order, which was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. Additionally, she practiced communications and media law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Washington, D.C. Angie earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, where she also earned a certification from The Institute for Communications Law Studies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Baylor University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
