Gráinne O'Sullivan started her career working in Consumer Insights at Kantar Worldpanel UK. In 2016, she joined the rapidly growing team at HubSpot in their EMEA HQ based in Dublin. She has been with the company for over 4 years & in that time has been in roles on both the Customer Success & International Operations teams. She is a passionate customer-first business advocate and recently took on the job of Program Manager for Voice of the Customer, which is a role created to help bring the Customer Code to life within the company.
