Across the two days, the traditional Carriers World track will explore wholesale transformation looking at strategies for revolutionising network design, the role of emerging technologies (including AI, data, blockchain) and new wholesale service offerings.
CLOUD AND ENTERPRISE ICT
Cloud and enterprise ICT are the new hunting grounds for the wholesale operator and will form the focus of our second track. We'll be exploring what the changing enterprise landscape means for carriers and cloud service providers, looking at new carrier-cloud provider partnerships, new revenue streams and service offerings, the XaaS boom, and new service delivery models (including PaaS, SaaS, IaaS).
PLATFORM FUTURES
Platforms are at the heart of the enterprise services ecosystem, The third track will delve into strategies for success in the platform economy and the impact of CPaaS on enterprise ICT services. We'll also be looking to understand how partnerships in this space can revolutionise customer experience and service development.
