Steve is a neurodivergent accessibility professional who has led accessibility and disability inclusion initiatives at several companies for fifteen years. After several years helping to advance equal access for Disney Parks, Experience, and Products, Steve moved to Seattle, Washington to join Alaska Air Group as the Accessibility Program Manager. He established the first Disability Office at the airline, which works to advance access for employees and guests, and he partners with leaders across several business units and divisions to help guide more inclusive and universal thinking. In 2025, Steve was named as one of the top 25 people making the world more accessible by Conde Nast, and as one of the top 12 accessibility change makers in the transportation industry by TravelAbility. Steve holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Project Management and several professional certifications.
