Nada Badawy is an airline digital transformation and commercial expert with 18 years of experience at EGYPTAIR, currently serving as Assistant Manager, Digital Payments & E-Commerce. Her career spans airline operations, business research & development, marketing and loyalty, NDC and airline retailing, digital transformation, payments and e-commerce, giving her a broad commercial perspective on how the airline business is evolving. Nada was the first team member of EGYPTAIR’s NDC implementation team and today is part of the team shaping the airline’s digital payment strategy and digital commerce ecosystem. Her work sits at the intersection of airline retailing, payments, technology and customer experience, with a practical focus on turning transformation into commercial value. A Certified Trainer at EGYPTAIR Training Academy and a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) graduate with AACO, Nada is also a public speaker and passionate knowledge-sharer, bringing complex industry transformation into practical, human conversations.
