An entrepreneur at heart, Matias founded and scaled Food Solution Chile, later leading technology, data, and product teams across education, food delivery, and fintech. Today, he focuses on how AI and cloud technologies are changing the way companies build products, serve customers, and operate at scale. His current focus is on AI native organizations, agentic systems, and the future of work, with a particular interest in moving beyond AI pilots into production and rethinking how humans and AI agents work together.
