Jon has been with Infor for 8 years and serves as the general manager for the WFM global business.  Prior to Infor, Jon has been a sales representative for various leading WFM solutions over the last 25 years.  Jon’s current responsibilities include growing the Infor WFM business as well as serving as an Infor executive sponsor to ensure that clients are receiving the value & achieving workforce management business outcomes they hope to achieve.   Jon is also responsible for leading new WFM initiatives around innovation, AI and solving new workforce management compliance challenges that appear each year with active clients and prospects.
