Ercan Demirtaş is the Technology Director at Turkish Airlines Electronic Money and Payment Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and a master’s degree in Air Transport Management from the same institution. Throughout his professional career, he has played an active role in implementing digital transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and revenue across Turkish Airlines and its subsidiaries. Within Turkish Technology, he successfully served as Manager of Digital Sales Solutions, Manager of Customer Loyalty Solutions, and Manager of Customer Relations & Marketing Solutions. During his tenure, he led several strategic initiatives, including the management of the Corporate Website, the development of Miles&Smiles and the new Shop&Miles websites, the creation of the Customer Feedback Management System, and multiple CRM projects under the Smart Marketing Program. Since April 2025, Ercan Demirtaş has been serving as the Technology Director at Turkish Airlines Electronic Money and Payment Services
