Dr. Cesar Hueso is Technical Director of Nuclear Services at IDOM, where he leads international engineering projects in some of the world's most demanding industries. Having spent years travelling extensively for business, he has experienced first-hand the challenges passengers, airlines and airports face during the boarding process. This experience led him to create Stand-By, an aviation startup leveraging laser projection dynamic pre-boarding strategies and AI-powered computer vision to make boarding faster, smoother and more efficient. Combining an engineer's mindset with the perspective of a frequent traveller, Cesar is passionate about transforming airlines / airport operations through practical, data-driven innovation that benefits both airlines and passengers.
