Annemijn Schoenmaker is Head of Business Platform Infrastructure & IT Projects (ca. 200 FTE) at Royal Schiphol Group. She works at the intersection of Data & Technology, physical infrastructure (IT/OT) and business transformation, focusing on building reliable products and services while enabling change at scale. Annemijn has extensive experience in IT strategy, portfolio management,and large scale transformation programs. She enjoys navigating complexity together with teams and stakeholders. She is particularly interested in how technology, leadership, and organizational change come together to create future ready organizations. She is actively involved in the Airport AI Alliance, where she contributes to international collaboration on the responsible application of AI in Aviation, exchanging insights and exploring how data and AI can enhance safety, efficiency and passenger experience at scale.
