Amin Lalani is Product Leader of Airport & Sky Club Digital Products & Experiences at Delta Air Lines, where he heads product and strategy for the airline's airport digital experience across 300+ global locations. His portfolio spans Delta's Digital ID biometric experience at bag drop and boarding, guest-facing lounge and airport products including Sky Club entry and Delta One lounge experiences, and the agent and customer platforms used by frontline teams worldwide. Beyond Delta, Amin serves on the boards of the Technology Association of Georgia's Customer Experience and Data Science & AI societies and regularly speaks on airline and customer experience topics. He holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a degree from Georgia Tech. Outside of work, Amin is passionate about career coaching and helps professionals navigate their own transitions into technology.
