SwapTicket is a post booking revenue engine that enables airlines to recover value from seats that would otherwise go unused. When a passenger on a high demand flight can no longer travel, they can release their non-flex ticket back to the airline. The seat is then resold through existing channels and pricing logic, while the passenger receives a partial voucher. The model is fully passenger initiated, avoids cannibalization of existing demand, and creates incremental revenue from spoilage without adding operational complexity.
