Michael Abramow is the Director of eBusiness Architecture and Technology for Johnson & Johnson Corporate in the Asia Pacific region. With over 18 years of IT/IM industry experience, Michael is involved in working with operating companies and franchises in developing the IT Strategic direction within the region and the development, maintenance and support of eBusiness infrastructure and applications and throughout our Asian companies. Michael holds a Bachelor Engineering (BE) Hons - Electrical and an Associate Diploma in Computer Engineering.

Mr Bruce Langford, Group Manager Data Extraction and Reporting, Telstra
Bruce Langford is the Group Manager for Telstra’s Data Extraction and Reporting group. His team provides the data extraction, cleansing, delivery and presentation of the company’s corporate management reports. The areas covered include Financial Reporting (including Board Reporting), Network Performance management and planning, Workforce Management, Scorecards and Programmed expenditure.
Bruce has been involved in business intelligence for management reporting for over ten years and has led the development of the Data Extraction and Reporting group since its inception in mid 2003.

Mr Tony LoFrumento, Executive Director, Morgan Stanley
Tony LoFrumento joined Morgan Stanley in 2001 as the Executive Director of Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). His mission is to provide a world-class BI and CRM infrastructure to support Morgan Stanley’s Global Retail organization.
The BI/CRM Infrastructure includes: Data Mining, Predictive Model Development, Business Intelligence, Client Profitability/LTV, Campaign Management, Web-based Reporting, and Performance Measurement.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tony spent 15 years in retail banking at the following major money center banks: Chemical Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank and CitiBank. He held various positions in CRM, on-line, finance, marketing, strategic and business planning.
At Chase, as the Financial Director of the Strategic Analysis Group, he managed the Retail Profitability and Customer Value Management Systems, and the Balanced Scorecard Process.
At Citibank, as Director of CRM, Tony directed a major CRM implementation for the Latin American Region. Components included predictive models, customer profitability, Campaign Management, and Contact Management.
His efforts in BI & CRM have been noted in the following publications: Business Week, Fortune, Computer World, InformationWeek, Target Marketing, CFO, Optimize, and DM News. His work in the area of Client Profitability has been noted in Optimize Magazine, U.S. Banker and Bank Technology News. His efforts related to the Balanced Scorecard have been highlighted in a 1997 feature article in the Bank Accounting and Finance Journal entitled How Chase Manhattan Bank Uses the Balanced Scorecard and the April 1996 Harvard Business School Case Study entitled Chemical Bank: Implementing the Balanced Scorecard, written by Professor Robert S. Kaplan.
Tony is considered one of the leading Subject Matter Experts in the areas of Business Intelligence, CRM, Customer Profitability, Balanced Scorecard, and Performance Measurement. He has lectured and presented at Harvard and several other major business schools as well as business conferences focused on Retail Financial Services. He was selected to deliver the keynote presentation at the 2002 National Center for Data Base Marketing Conference and the customer keynote at the 2003 Business Objects International User Conference.
Tony holds a B.A. in Economics and a M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University. He resides in Morristown, New Jersey with his wife and three sons.

Rainer has over 20 years experience in IT and specialised in business intelligence since being part of one of Australia’s first data warehouse developments over 10 years ago. He has contributed to solutions providing business insight in a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, utilities, pharmaceutical and banking. His roles have varied greatly, including strategy development, project management, architecture, system development and productivity tool development.
Rainer Runge is a founder of ClickStream Corporation, one of the largest and leading consultancies incorporated in Victoria with a sole focus on business intelligence. ClickStream has had more than 50 customers in Australasia including Thailand and Singapore in the last six years.

Glen Smith is the Data Warehouse Development Manager for Metcash. Glen is responsible for the successful delivery and ongoing support of multiple concurrent data warehouse projects, providing guidance and strategy to project managers and teams. Glen has been leading data warehouse projects since the late 1990s, founded on a strong application management and development background.
Under Glen's direction, Metcash has gained significant business advantage from the data warehouse programme with around 300 active users throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Philip Tannenbaum is Manager of the joint Bureau of Meteorology and CSIRO High Performance Computing and Communications Centre (HPCCC) in Melbourne, a mission critical facility that provides HPC services for Bureau and CSIRO operations and research. He has been involved with advanced technology in high performance computing since 1975. His responsibilities have included management, marketing, design, development, and specifications for supercomputers, peripherals, real time systems, databases, operating systems, applications, and communications systems. Prior to joining the HPCCC he held positions with Cray, NEC, Input-Output, Texaco Geophysical, Computer Science Corporation (NASA), Wylie Laboratories (NASA), and Control Data Corporation.

Mr Paul Wilkins, Director of Informations Services, Department of Planning and Infrastructure, WA
Paul’s working life has been evenly divided between public and private sectors. He started work as a BHP management trainee. This led to his first career as an industrial relations specialist with various arms of BHP, Woodside Offshore Petroleum and the federal government.
In the late eighties, he joined the WA public sector and went on to take up a number of senior courts management positions. It was through his role as project sponsor for a major courts computerisation exercise that he had his first exposure to information technology. Since then, he has taken on CIO roles for the WA Ministry of Justice, Curtin University of Technology and the WA Department for Planning & Infrastructure, his current employer.
Paul has degrees in business and SE Asian Studies and a Masters in Public Policy.
