Georgia has been in the veterinary industry for 10 years. She completed her qualification; Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and moved to London with her dog and husband in 2017. Her time in London was spent traveling and studying to apply to be on the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons registrar. After intensive training and study, she sat her OSCES and passed with flying colours. She is now a Registered Nurse in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Whilst in London, she also trained to perform minor surgeries such as abscesses and lumpectomies. Additionally, she was trained in using and assisting with laparoscopic surgeries. She has a keen interest in emergency medicine and surgery. Further study within the industry in Surgical Skills for Nurses has given her keen insight when performing minor surgeries and assisting vets in theatre. She is currently studying for her Masters of Business Administration with Victoria University and has been practice managing for four years.
