Dr. David Benz is a specialist in interventional radiology in human medicine. After passing the Swiss specialist exam for radiology, he began a fellowship in interventional radiology at the State Hospital of Lucerne in Switzerland. In 2018, David acquired the European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR) certification and continued to work as a consultant in interventional radiology, focusing on endovascular procedures, including interventional oncology. After moving to Sydney in 2021, where he worked at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, he began collaborating with Dr. Karina Graham, the director of Veterinary Specialists of Sydney, where they perform interventional radiology procedures together in small animals.
