Shane Pither is Head of Select Electric at Select Car Leasing, where he leads the company’s electric vehicle strategy, partnerships and customer adoption activity. With more than 30 years’ commercial experience across automotive and vehicle leasing, Shane focuses on the practical challenges of moving drivers and businesses to electric, including affordability, charging, energy and customer confidence. He works closely with manufacturers, charging providers, energy companies and fleet partners to develop propositions that make EV adoption simpler and more commercially viable. Shane is also focused on improving EV knowledge across Select Car Leasing, helping leasing consultants have better customer conversations and supporting increased EV conversion. He regularly contributes to industry discussions around the future of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, fleet transition and the changing relationship between cars and energy.
