Official Freight Forwarder

CEVA has been appointed by the organisers as the Official Freight Forwarder for the exhibition. Due to the limited move-in, we strongly recommend shipping your materials to CEVA's Warehouse. They are also able to assist with:

Shipping
Advanced receiving / delivery to stand
Onsite handling of heavy goods
Cranes for large exhibits

*Orders received after 5th September 2025 will incur a 25% late booking surcharge and will require payment via credit card. *

All shipments must be sent via the Advanced Warehouse so these can be delivered to your stand once your booth has been built (Shell and Space Only).

Vehicle Access during Build

During build, all vehicles must register via Voyage Control to gain access to the loading bays. Please ensure you do not exceed the allotted time, any vehicles found to stay beyond their allocated time will be automatically charged a £100 penalty.
