Ms. Nguyễn Phạm Cẩm Tú is the Co-Founder and CEO of CAS Energy, a Da Nang–based clean-tech company pioneering automation, renewable energy, and circular-economy solutions for Vietnam’s industrial and agricultural sectors. With more than 17 years of leadership experience, she has built CAS Energy into a nationally recognized innovator delivering integrated smart-energy systems, from rooftop solar to on-site organic waste treatment and digitalized green-operations platforms.

At CAS Energy, Tú oversees corporate strategy, financial management, and end-to-end project development. Under her leadership, the company has deployed 10 MW of Eco-Solar (2024) and is scaling toward 40 MW in 2025 and 120 MW in 2027. She also spearheaded the development of REGreen, a flagship green-service model enabling businesses to adopt renewable energy with zero upfront cost, reduce waste, create local green jobs—especially for women—and lower carbon emissions across industrial parks.

CAS Energy has emerged as one of Vietnam’s most decorated impact-driven startups, recognized with multiple awards including:
