Ms. Lâm Thuý Ái is Chairwoman of the Members’ Council of Mebipha and CEO of MebiFarm, where she leads the development of integrated livestock health and agricultural solutions in Vietnam.

With more than 20 years of experience, she has built Mebipha into a leading manufacturer of veterinary medicines, aquaculture products, and feed additives, operating a WHO-GMP certified facility and a nationwide distribution network. Under her leadership, the company provides comprehensive health and nutrition solutions for livestock and aquaculture, serving poultry, swine, dairy, shrimp, and fish sectors.

Through MebiFarm, she is also advancing high-tech and sustainable agriculture models, including modern poultry farming systems. Ms. Ái plays a key role in connecting agricultural production with technology, quality standards, and long-term sector development in Vietnam.
