ENTRANCE PANEL

The most prominent onsite branding opportunity the moment the attendees arrive at SKY EXPO. The sponsor’s logo will be visibly placed on the entrance panels to drive traffic to the sponsor’s booth.


 

BILLBOARDS

The sponsor can tailor the content and creatives to connect with the attendees. For maximum impact, it is recommended for sponsors to simultaneously place a series of billboards to drive action.

REGISTRATION SPONSOR

At every stage of the onsite registration process, the sponsor’s logo will be seen at various touchpoints. This is an opportunity for the sponsor to welcome attendees to Vietnam’s largest energy event!

ONSITE CAFÉ (EXCLUSIVE)

The sponsor’s logo will be visibly placed on the café’s signage, tent cards and hanging banner. It’s a great opportunity to showcase the sponsor’s presence at the event while the attendees network at the café.

HYDRATION

Looking to make a big splash at the event? Consider sponsoring the hugely popular Hydration areas. The custom-labelled bottled water is available to attendees at high traffic areas at the exhibition floor. The sponsor’s logo will be placed prominently on the label.

Bottles can be recycled during the event.

EVENT LANYARDS (EXCLUSIVE)

Achieve maximum brand visibility with the exclusive Event Lanyard sponsorship. The sponsor can provide their own branded lanyards which will be worn by all attendees throughout the event.
The sponsorship opportunity is limited to one sponsor only.

EVENT BAGS

An eye-catching reusable bag featuring the sponsor’s logo will be given to the attendees upon badge collection at the event. Attendees will use these bags to carry their materials. The bags will be frequently used even after the event has concluded, ensuring long lasting brand awareness.

ATTENDEE GUIDE (EXCLUSIVE)

Exclusive opportunity to have the sponsor’s logo on the Guide that attendees will use over the event. The sponsor’s exhibition booth will also be highlighted on Guide to encourage attendees to visit the booth during the event.

KEYNOTE PRESENTATION (ONLY 3 OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE)

The sponsor will present in the Keynote plenary alongside a handful of the very top industry thought leaders, to the entire event audience.
