Saigon Innovation Hub (SIHUB), http://sihub.gov.vn, is an agency under the Department of Science and Technology of HCMC. SIHUB was established through the merger of the Energy Conservation Center of HCMC (ECC-HCM) and the New Equipment Design and Manufacturing Center (Neptech) into the Technology Research and Transfer Center.

Besides supporting the startup ecosystem, SIHUB also provides services related to energy auditing, energy efficiency management consulting, and renewable energy consulting for enterprises in Vietnam.

SIHUB looks to collaborate with local and international industry players in energy, productivity, and innovation to facilitate technology transfer and connect them with startups in Vietnam.
