Ayobami Adegoke has over a decade experience in the Financial Industry, He has experience spanning Branch operations, Marketing, E-Business, Process Improvement, Project Management, Digital Banking and Financial Inclusion. He is an experienced Business Analyst (certified Lean Six Sigma) with expertise in analyzing E-Business products and other bank operations processes/products. Ayobami is inquisitive and always willing to learn. He is presently an Agent Management Officer with the Agent Banking Team, First Bank of Nigeria Limited.
He has worked on various transformation and improvement project in First Bank, one of such is the design and implementation of the ATM Champion Initiative for the Bank in the year 2012, the initiative helped the Bank improves its ATM Uptime significantly and also bridged knowledge gap on ATM Operations among ATM Custodians. This initiative is one of the key driver of ATM operations performance in the bank today.
