At UNSW Sydney, Wengui leads the research group "Intelligent Concrete and Infrastructure Materials" (ICIM). The interdisciplinary research team focuses on cement chemistry, nanocomposites, advanced concrete technology, energy harvesting and storage, and the development of novel concrete functionalities enabled by nanotechnology.
