Mathias Wiklund has served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and a member of Kempower’s Global Leadership Team since November 2024. He brings more than 25 years of global experience in solution sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and building high-performing commercial organisations across international markets.

A Swedish citizen, Mathias has lived and worked in seven countries across three continents, giving him a truly global perspective on leadership and market development. He holds an Executive MBA and a Master of Science in Engineering.

Before joining Kempower, Mathias was Chief Commercial Officer at Universal Robots. Prior to that, he held a range of senior executive roles, including Senior Vice President at KUKA Robotics in China and Chief Executive Officer at Comau Robotics in both Italy and China. Earlier in his career at ABB, he led major business segments while driving business development across multiple geographies, he also managed regional operations as well as leading major key accounts.
