General Information

What are the dates and location of the exhibition?

The event will take place on 17-18 June 2026 in Halls N1-N4 of the ExCeL, London. The venue can be reached using the post code E16 1XL or what3word "accent.indeed.rests".

What are the opening hours of the event?

MOVE 2026 conference will run from 8:55am - 17:15pm on Wednesday 17 June (Show Day 1) and 8:55am - 4pm on Thursday 18 June (Show Day 2). 
The exhibition hall opening hours are: 8:30am - 19:15pm on Wednesday 17 June (Show Day 1 - after party from 17:15-19:15) and 9am - 4pm on Thursday 18 June (Show Day 2). 
Exhibitors can access the hall from 7:30am on Day 1 and 8am on Day 2. All other attendees can enter from 8:30am across both days.

Who can attend the event?

MOVE 2026 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.
For exhibitors and sponsors looking to register their staff, within the exhibitor manual you will find the ' Registration, Event App, Lead Retrieval ' section for sponsors and exhibitors. Here you will have the ability to register your staff for the event depending on what is included in your contract. You will also be able to register your guests in this area.  If you need any help or need to delete someone that you've registered, please contact katherine.oakey@terrapinn.com.

Is there an entry fee?

Expo floor access is free with registration. Fees apply for conference delegate passes. Current ticket pricing can be found on the Registration Page

When and where can I collect my badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email which contains a QR code. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your badge. (You can also access this QR code via the MOVE Events app, under the 'My Badge' section).

Attendees can collect their badge at the following times: 
Tuesday 16 June: 2pm - 6pm (Please note this is not a live event day, and only exhibitors will have access but attendee badge collection is permitted) 
Wednesday 17 June: 7:30am (Exhibitors) / 8:30am (Attendees) - 6pm
Thursday 18 June: 8am (Exhibitors) / 8:30am (Attendees) - 4:30pm

How do I get to the venue?

ExCeL is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare, or car. Visit the Venue page for more information.

By public transport: The closest public transport/tube station is Custom House which is just a 5-minute walk away.

By bike: There are bicycle racks located by the west entrance, near the taxi rank. There is no charge to use them.

Is parking available?

Yes, The nearest car park to our halls is West 3. A map can be found here: https://www.Excel.london/uploads/car-park-map-mar25-%281%29.jpg Parking is currently charged at £27.50 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) if pre-booked here Official Parking - Excel London or £30 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) for on the day payments, payable on exit. The car park can only be accessed by arriving via Royal Albert Way (A1020). Please use postcode E16 1FR or what3words ///cheer.events.began .There is no access to the venue car park from Western Gateway or Seagull Lane.

On-site Services

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

Yes, London Excel Free Wi-Fi is ideal for browsing the web, checking emails or using social networks. Where can I charge my device?

There are a number of lounges on the show floor where you can charge your devices. Alternatively, there are Joos Power Bank Rental Units along the central boulevard near Venue Services by the N4 hall entrance.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, there are plenty of places where you can get lunch.  Within the event itself there will be 1-2 café points, alternatively outside on the concourse there are a number of restaurants.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

Yes, the cloakrooms can be found on Level 0 between halls N4/S4. Please note, in the interests of safety and security overnight storage is not possible. Cameras, laptops and other electronical devices cannot be stored at any time.

Where are the toilets?

Toilets can be found on Level 0 outside the halls along the plaza/concourse. You will need to go down the stairs/lift between N2 and N3 to access them.

Are there breast-feeding facilities?

There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard. The family room can be found by S9. Inside has two changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, a bottle warmer and a microwave to heat up baby food. It also contains a sink and toilet.

Is there a prayer room?

There is a multi-faith prayer room that can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

Where is lost and found?

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Blue Badge Parking is available but is not free of charge. Parking is currently charged at £27.50 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) if pre-booked here Official Parking - Excel London or £30 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) for on the day payments, payable on exit. Where can I find the list of exhibitors?

 Where can I find the list of attendees/delegates?

Please use the event app to network with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and attendees. Terrapinn are not able to provide you with a list of all attendees/delegates due to GDPR. 

Is there an event app?

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official MOVE 2026 event app . You can use it to view the agenda, bookmark sessions, connect with other attendees, and arrange meetings. Visit the Event App page for details on how to download and log in.

Once you've downloaded the 'MOVE Events' app, your login email will be the one you used to register yourself for the event. Alternatively, click on the Fogotten Password/Magic Link option and enter the email address you are registered to the event with. You cannot access the app without registering beforehand.

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors?

Use the MOVE 2026 event app to connect and schedule meetings with exhibitors before and during the event. 
Within the Terrapinn events app you will find a tab that says 'My Event', within this are you can find your program, meetings, people that you have met and bookmarked companies, and after the event download this data.

 Can I book meetings? / Where can I find a list of my organised meetings?

Yes everyone can request meetings via the app, please ensure you have downloaded the app to enable you to use the meeting functionality. You can download the event app either through the App Store or Google Play Store Search “MOVE Events”.

There are no private meeting rooms within MOVE. You can purchase one pre-event from Nish Liyanage: nish.liyanage@terrapinn.com or you may be able to rent one from the London Excel on the day: +44 207 069 4602

Where you can find your pre-booked meetings: Within the MOVE events app, under the event MOVE 2026 you will find a tab that says My Event, within this area you can find your program, meetings, people that you have met, bookmark companies and after the event download this data.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes, MOVE Groove will take place on the show floor on the 17 June 2026 from 17:30-19:00. Expect live entertainment and refreshments to get the party started. There will also be an invite-only VIP dinner on the 16 June 2026.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is available on our Conference agenda page.

 Where are the conference theaters?

All of the theatres and stages are within the halls.
There is a speakers lounge located on the exhibition floor. 

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

No, but please feel free to create a personalised agenda via the event app, where you can bookmark your favourite sessions. 

 I'm a speaker - can I bring my presentation on the day?

It would be great if you could send your presentation ahead of the event so that our production team can check these before you arrive for your session.  However, if you do need to bring it on the day, please go to your conference track in the break before your session, our technicians will be able to load it ahead of you taking the stage.

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

Health & Safety

What health and safety measures are in place?

MOVE 2026 follows all current Government and ExCeL health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Updates will be provided regularly.

What should I do if I feel unwell at the event?

If you feel unwell during the event, please notify a member of the event staff immediately. You can approach any of the London Excel team who can help you with a medical emergency or go to level 0 on the boulevard and down the stairs by N4/S4. Alternatively, please go to the organisers office or speak to a member of security.Your wellbeing is our priority.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Information

What time is exhibitor set up / build?

Monday 15 June: 10am - 6pm (Space only contractors)
Tuesday 16 June: 8am - 6pm (Space only contactors) 
Tuesday 16 June: 10am - 6pm (Shell scheme and start-up pods)

What time is breakdown?

Thursday 18 June: 5pm - 9pm (Shell and Space) - All stands must be out at this time.

What is my stand number?

If you have access to the Exhibitor Manual , your stand number will be listed under 'Your Stand'. If you are at the event, you can find your stand number by searching on the Floorplan on the website/app or the printed version at the front of the hall.

What is included in my stand?

Please first check which stand type you have contracted. This can be found either on your contract or in the 'Exhibition Stand' > 'Your Stand' section of the Exhibitor Manual

Space only : Only the space on the event floor is provided for you. You are required to provide and order everything to dress your space.
Shell scheme : Black walling, light grey carpet, one electrical socket (UK three pin plug) and a nameboard/fascia is provided for you.
Startup Pod : 1m wide unit with cable management system, nameboard with available space for additional branding, 1 x A0 size portrait graphics

 How do I order rigging?

Please visit the exhibitor manual here: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/signs for more information on hanging elements and rigging. You will need to fill in a rigging quote request and send to rigging@Excel.london to order.

 How do I order electricity?

For power orders, please use visit the Power and Lighting section of the manual: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/lighting
Please note, if you require 24-hour power, this needs to be booked in advance. If you are onsite and require power, or your power isn't working please visit the Creative Live helpdesk at the front of the halls.

How do I order furniture?

We recommend 2 suppliers for furniture orders. Both can be found with their catalogues here: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/furnishing

 How do I submit my stand design?

All  SPACE ONLY exhibitors (or your contractors) must submit plans, health and safety documentation for inspection. We are working with The Event & Exhibition Partnership (EEP) who you will need to submit documentation to. All documentation should be submitted in English to Ian Carroll. Deadline: 1 May 2026

Stand Plan Audit Fee - Please note the charges are as follows (this covers the H&S Audit as well as better stands fee - more information below):
Space only: £290
Late submission: £400 (After the 1 May 2026)
Complex: £350
Complex late: £460

The fee will be invoiced and must be paid before “Permission To Build” is given. Key documents required with the Stand Plan Audit Form:

What is a Complex Stand*
A design with complex elements or rigged items will require structural calculations to be submitted with the technical plans.
When inspecting the stand design and rigging plans, EEP may make a decision that determines whether there are any complex elements or complex rigged elements, if they not already been identified by the stand designer.
Structural calculations not submitted by the 1 May 2026 may result in the enforced removal of complex elements.

Complex Fee: The complex fee of £350 is applicable to all complex structures and complex rigged items and includes pre-site checks of plans and calculations and onsite inspection during the construction by an independent structural engineer.
* Definition Structures in any form, either ground-based or suspended, that, through risk assessment has been found to present a significant risk. It is the responsibility of the stand designer to determine whether a structure is complex or not.
Examples of complex structures: include:
Any structure, regardless of its height, which requires structural calculations.
Multi-storey stands
Any part of a stand or exhibit which exceeds four metres in height.
Custom-built/bespoke suspended structures.
Sound/lighting towers.
Temporary tiered seating.
Platforms/stages over 0.6m in height and all platforms/stages for public use (excluding stand platforms)

Late Submissions: For submissions received after the DEADLINE OF 1 May 2026 the mandatory Stand Plan Audit Fee is £400 for a space only stand and £460 for a complex stand.
Please ensure that all of your stand designs and accompanying safety documentation comply with the show rules and regulations, the e-guide and the general provisions under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
Ultimate responsibility lies with you, the Exhibitor, to comply with all Health & Safety and plan submission requirements and ensure the safety of all persons at all times on your stand. Once you have received the Permission to Commence Build Notice you should not alter the design of your stand. If you do need to change your design you must resubmit your plans for consideration.

How can I order a TV screen/monitor?

Please contact Experience AV for your audio-visual needs. You can find their order form here: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/av Should you wish to mount a screen on to shell scheme walling you will need to contact Creative Live on sales@creativelive.uk to hire additional support walls.

 Can I have something delivered/shipped to the venue/hall?

Yes, you can have items delivered to the rear of the halls on show open days between 8:00-9:00.  After this time no trolleys are permitted in the hall.  If you have a delivery outside of this time you would need to arrange to meet the courier yourself.

 Can I drive into the loading bay?

During the build up of the event you can access the loading dock to unload your vehicle.  To do this you will need to book your vehicle in via Voyage Control.  This will open 3 weeks before the event. Please note this is on a deposit system and you will be given a set time to unload depending on the size of your vehicle. You can find full information here: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/loading

 When will my freight be delivered?

Depending on when you advised DSV (the official shipping and lifting contractor) when you required your pieces will depend on the drop time. Please visit DSV service desk at the front of the hall to speak to a representative.

 Where can I store my empty boxes?

DSV are the official shipping and storage contractor.  If you are at the event the quickest way to get assistance is by visiting them at the entrance of the hall alternatively email pinar.eligur@dsv.com official shipping and lifting contractor.

 When will my empties be returned to my stand?

Once breakdown has officially started DSV will be permitted to return your empties back to your stand. We are aiming for official breakdown to start at 17:00 on Thursday 18 June once all visitors have left the hall and it is deemed safe.

Who is your freight/logistics provider?

DSV are the official shipping and lifting contractor.  If you are at the event the quickest way to get assistance is by visiting them at the entrance of the hall alternatively email pinar.eligur@dsv.com

Can I rent a trolley to get items from the car park to my stand?

There are no trollies available for rent at the event. If you need assistance with lifting please contact DSV the official freight and lifting contractor, pinar.eligur@dsv.com

How can I get a contractor pass?

Anyone attending the build up of the event will need to complete the health and safety declaration. On completion, a certificate is generated, and this should be shown to the security team onsite.  Do I need to wear PPE on build days?

During the build period of the exhibition you will be required to wear a high visibility vest and safety shoes within the halls.  We would recommend you pack one of these and have it to hand upon your arrival.  If you do not have a high visibility vest you can purchase one from the Business Services shop on Level 0 between halls N4/S4. If you are in the halls during the breakdown of the exhibition you will also be required to wear a high visibility jacket.

 Are there printing facilities onsite?

There are printing and copying services available at the Business Services Shop on Level 0 between halls N4/S4. You can contact them on info@abouttowncarriages.co.uk or call on +44 207 069 5050

 Can I purchase lead retrieval?

Yes, to access lead retrieval you must have purchased a premium access package to the app. Please contact Katherine.oakey@terrapinn.com for more information or visit the exhibitor manual here: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/lead-retrieval

Can I bring catering into the hall?

No outside food or drink can be bought in to the ExCeL London. All catering including watercooler, coffee machines and alcoholic drinks will need to be sourced via the official catering company.  Details of which can be found in the manual here: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/catering

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition.

When/where can I get the photos?

Photos from the event will be made available on the MOVE website post-event. They will also be emailed to all attendees. Please allow one working week to pass after the event for these to be uploaded.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they complete their own registration via the Registration page .

How can I become a Sponsor/Exhibitor?

Are under 16's permitted at the event?

MOVE 2026 is a B2B event aimed specifically for a professional audience. Our exhibitors attend to engage with clients and conduct business activities that are not suitable for individuals under the age of 16. Therefore entry is restricted to those aged 16 and over.
