MOVE 2026 conference will run from 8:55am - 17:15pm on Wednesday 17 June (Show Day 1) and 8:55am - 4pm on Thursday 18 June (Show Day 2).
The exhibition hall opening hours are: 8:30am - 19:15pm on Wednesday 17 June (Show Day 1 - after party from 17:15-19:15) and 9am - 4pm on Thursday 18 June (Show Day 2).
Exhibitors can access the hall from 7:30am on Day 1 and 8am on Day 2. All other attendees can enter from 8:30am across both days.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email which contains a QR code. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your badge. (You can also access this QR code via the MOVE Events app, under the 'My Badge' section).

Yes, there are plenty of places where you can get lunch. Within the event itself there will be 1-2 café points, alternatively outside on the concourse there are a number of restaurants.
Yes, the cloakrooms can be found on Level 0 between halls N4/S4. Please note, in the interests of safety and security overnight storage is not possible. Cameras, laptops and other electronical devices cannot be stored at any time.
Toilets can be found on Level 0 outside the halls along the plaza/concourse. You will need to go down the stairs/lift between N2 and N3 to access them.
There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard. The family room can be found by S9. Inside has two changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, a bottle warmer and a microwave to heat up baby food. It also contains a sink and toilet.
There is a multi-faith prayer room that can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

MOVE 2026 follows all current Government and ExCeL health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Updates will be provided regularly.

What is a Complex Stand*
•
A design with complex elements or rigged items will require structural calculations to be submitted with the technical plans.
•
When inspecting the stand design and rigging plans, EEP may make a decision that determines whether there are any complex elements or complex rigged elements, if they not already been identified by the stand designer.
•
Structural calculations not submitted by the 1 May 2026 may result in the enforced removal of complex elements.
Complex Fee:
The complex fee of £350 is applicable to all complex structures and complex rigged items and includes pre-site checks of plans and calculations and onsite inspection during the construction by an independent structural engineer.
* Definition Structures in any form, either ground-based or suspended, that, through risk assessment has been found to present a significant risk. It is the responsibility of the stand designer to determine whether a structure is complex or not.
Examples of complex structures: include:

Any structure, regardless of its height, which requires structural calculations.
•
Multi-storey stands
•
Any part of a stand or exhibit which exceeds four metres in height.
•
Custom-built/bespoke suspended structures.
•
Sound/lighting towers.
•
Temporary tiered seating.

Platforms/stages over 0.6m in height and all platforms/stages for public use (excluding stand platforms)
Late Submissions:
For submissions received after the DEADLINE OF 1 May 2026 the mandatory Stand Plan Audit Fee is £400 for a space only stand and £460 for a complex stand.
Please ensure that all of your stand designs and accompanying safety documentation comply with the show rules and regulations, the e-guide and the general provisions under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
Ultimate responsibility lies with you, the Exhibitor, to comply with all Health & Safety and plan submission requirements and ensure the safety of all persons at all times on your stand. Once you have received the Permission to Commence Build Notice you should not alter the design of your stand. If you do need to change your design you must resubmit your plans for consideration.

Yes, you can have items delivered to the rear of the halls on show open days between 8:00-9:00. After this time no trolleys are permitted in the hall. If you have a delivery outside of this time you would need to arrange to meet the courier yourself.
During the build up of the event you can access the loading dock to unload your vehicle. To do this you will need to book your vehicle in via Voyage Control. This will open 3 weeks before the event. Please note this is on a deposit system and you will be given a set time to unload depending on the size of your vehicle. You can find full information here: https://www.terrapinn.com/em/loading
Depending on when you advised DSV (the official shipping and lifting contractor) when you required your pieces will depend on the drop time. Please visit DSV service desk at the front of the hall to speak to a representative.
DSV are the official shipping and storage contractor. If you are at the event the quickest way to get assistance is by visiting them at the entrance of the hall alternatively email pinar.eligur@dsv.com official shipping and lifting contractor.
Once breakdown has officially started DSV will be permitted to return your empties back to your stand. We are aiming for official breakdown to start at 17:00 on Thursday 18 June once all visitors have left the hall and it is deemed safe.

Anyone attending the build up of the event will need to complete the health and safety declaration. On completion, a certificate is generated, and this should be shown to the security team onsite. During the build period of the exhibition you will be required to wear a high visibility vest and safety shoes within the halls. We would recommend you pack one of these and have it to hand upon your arrival. If you do not have a high visibility vest you can purchase one from the Business Services shop on Level 0 between halls N4/S4. If you are in the halls during the breakdown of the exhibition you will also be required to wear a high visibility jacket.
