We have also developed significant industry related experience in Automotive, Infrastructure and Housing where we see particular challenges dealing with rapidly evolving customer, environmental and societal challenges. - Structural Change Delivery such as project or programme management

- Human Change Delivery understanding how the human being supports and adopts change

- Cultural Shift working with individuals, leaders and teams to help them understand how to shift their own behaviours, find new motivation and realise change in themselves and others that is enduring.

- Benefit Enactment ensuring predicted benefits are realistic, adjusted to reflect circumstance and actually tracked and attained post implementation
