Our event app will become the fundamental tool when navigating the event. You will be able to login as a Sponsor/ Exhibitor 6 weeks before the congress starts to set up your online booth.

The app will go live for Sponsors/Exhibitors on April 2nd and for everyone else on April 9th.

How do I use the Terrapinn Events App?

HOW TO LOG ON TO THE PLATFORM

1. Go to www.swapcard.com
2. Top right - Log in as a Participant
3. Enter the email you used to register for London Lab Live 2025
4. Create own password
5. Wait 15-20 minutes - the link will be sent to your email

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YET

1. Click here to register
2. Wait 15-20 minutes - you will be sent an email from London Lab Live 2025 (hello@swapcard.com), follow the link in the email to access the platform. Do check your others folder.

TIPS

To access the platform, you have to use a recent browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
The link sent from the Terrapinn Events App will take you to your default browser. If this isn’t Chrome or Mozilla, you will need to right click on the link, copy the link, and paste into Chrome or Mozilla browser.
