The posters will be displayed in the congress exhibition hall and will stay up throughout the event 14-15 May, 2025.

If you are listed below please arrive from 9:00 am, 14 May to display your poster on the boards provided in the Poster Zone.

We are also promoting all attendees to attend the Networking Sessions at the Poster Zone on 14 May at 3pm and 15 May at 1:45pm.

Poster Session Guidelines:

• Poster presenters should be stationed next to their posters at these times - 14 May at 3pm and 15 May at 1:45pm - Poster Presentations
• Posters should be A0 size (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm) and must be printed in portrait orientation.
• Display boards provided are intended for pin mounting (pins will be provided on-site).
