Opportunity for a 5-minute opening welcome address to the reception. Banners, theming and branding will be visible throughout the reception with your logo.

REGISTRATION DESK SPONSOR

Exclusive opportunity to have your logo on the Registration/ Information Desk that all the thousands of attendees will use over the event and see.

EXHIBITION HOSPITALITY RECEPTION HOST

After the conference ends, there will be the opportunity for a number of Exhibitors to purchase Drink / Happy Hour packages from the caterers to offer for attendees to join them for networking opportunities. We will advertise all exhibition booth drinks reception hosts on our networking platform to all attendees with individual messages on your behalf, to help drive traffic to your booth for the reception and make people aware of what you are offering.

CAFE SPONSOR

Exclusive opportunity to have your logo and branding within the Café area that all attendees will use to purchase food and drink over the two days.

NETWORKING APP SPONSOR

Exclusive opportunity to have your logo and branding as the online networking application sponsor which is used by all event attendees to set up meetings on-site at the event. On-site at the event your logo will be displayed on large pop-up banners at the networking zone as the "Networking Sponsor". So, you will have even more exposure on-site.

FACILITATED MEETINGS

Our dedicated team of Networking Managers will work closely with you to arrange 1-2-1 business meetings at the event. We’ll send out the attendee list approx. 4 weeks prior for you to choose targeted clients and we’ll help assist pre-event and on-site at your private reserved meeting table.

EVENT LANYARDS OR BAGS

The exclusive Delegate Lanyard or Bag Sponsorship enables your company to have a superior level of branding at the event, where the client can provide their own branded lanyards (or bags), which will be worn by all attendees throughout the whole event. The sponsorship opportunity is limited to one sponsor only.

Exclusive opportunity to have your logo on the Exhibition Floorplan that attendees will use over the event, and to have your exhibition booth highlighted on this floorplan so its front of mind for anyone looking at the map.

Exclusive opportunity to have your logo on one of the charging Stations that attendees use over the event.

EXHIBITION HOSPITALITY F&B

During each day of the conference/exhibition, there will be the opportunity for all Exhibitors to purchase drink and food packages from the caterers to offer for attendees to join them for networking opportunities at their booth. It’s a great opportunity to help drive traffic to your booth with the offer of free food or drinks and we are encouraging as many exhibitors as possible to do this. For those who do purchase anything we will advertise your company on our networking platform to all attendees with individual messages on your behalf explaining what you are offering and help people know they should head to your booth.
