London Lab Live 2026 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Expo floor access is free with registration. Fees apply for conference delegate passes. Current ticket pricing can be found on the Registration Page

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your badge.

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official London Lab Live 2026 event app . 

The Event app will be available to sponsors & exhibitors 6 weeks from the event and for all attendees, 5 weeks from the event start date. After downloading the Terrapinn Events App, you can login with the same email you used for registration. Follow the instructions on the app to create your account. 

After registering on the app you will be able to:

• View the attendee list, floorplan and agenda
• View all exhiibtors and sponsors
• Connect and network with other attendees (Full app access only)
• Build your personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in

Collect CPD Credits
The event will offer trackable CPD credits that contribute to attendees' yearly professional development requirements.These credits serve as a tangible way for professionals to validate their participation and learning at the event.

Each seminar attended and the event as whole will earn participants a FREE personalised certificate. This certificate recognises their dedication to ongoing learning and professional advancement. 

London Lab Live will continue to provide top tier content through verious seminars, talks, and interactive sessions enabling attendees to access cutting-edge insights and expertise in the industry.

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is not available yet but will be closer to event date.

Some sessions may require pre-registration. Our sessions are not available yet. They will be closer to event date. Please check the program for more details.

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

London Lab Live 2026 follows all current Government and ExCeL health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Updates will be provided regularly.

If you feel unwell during the event, please visit the first aid station or notify a member of the event staff immediately. Your wellbeing is our priority.

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition.

All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they complete their own registration via the Registration page .
