Her experience spans domestic public financial management and international economic engagement with institutions including the IMF and World Bank. Her work today centers on the intersection of decentralized identifiers (DIDs), distributed ledger technology, and regulated financial infrastructure - with a focus on how identity innovation can support payments modernization, reduce fraud risk, and meet evolving regulatory expectations in a decentralized environment.
