Philip Quinlan | Vice President, Business Development

Philip Quinlan serves as Vice President, Business Development for AAMVA. In this role, Philip is responsible for identifying and developing partnership opportunities for AAMVA within the motor vehicle community and with commercial parties.

Prior to AAMVA, Philip spent four years with the National Community Pharmacists Association as Vice President of Business Development. Philip has also held various positions in business development, corporate development and marketing with AOL, MCI, Verizon and XO Communications. Philip’s career also includes management consulting experience with Deloitte.
