Kevin McCarthy is a veteran investigator and intelligence officer who has worked extensively in the United Kingdom and Overseas. He has broad experience investigating environmental crimes and as well as being a fully qualified environmental protection manager with an MSc degree from Salford University. He also has extensive experience working as a resilience and security planner, and recently qualified as a NATO Land Tactical Planner in Sweden in June 2025. He currently working in support of NATO as a G2 Future Plans specialist looking at disruptive technologies, lessons learned and civil infrastructure. He takes a holistic view of Resilience and Security issues firmly anchoring diverse threats in the wider human terrain environment in geographical areas of interest.
